I’m Dr. Diane Smith, the owner of Integration Wellness, a therapeutic space and art studio in the heart of Lakewood, Ohio! After many years of educational and clinical experience, I started my own practice in 2023 where I have the privilege of providing unique therapeutic care to people from all walks of life — survivors, artists, helpers, students, deep feelers, caregivers, and anyone navigating life transitions or emotional pain. My approach to therapy is collaborative and draws from a holistic collection of mindfulness, neuroscience, and nature-oriented practices. Additionally, I am trained to help clients use art and creative expression to access emotions, deepen self-understanding, and make sense of experiences in a way that words alone sometimes can’t.
